Abstract Introduction Mondor's Disease (MD) is a rare condition characterised by thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins breast and anterior chest wall. Cases associated with inflammatory bowel disease are rare. Case A 54-year-old male presented to symptomatic clinic 6-week history painful linear area on anterolateral aspect his left There was no trauma or underlying coagulopathy. He also described increased stool frequency crampy abdominal pain. On clinical examination, cording noted along outer upper quadrant His past medical included previous diagnosis ulcerative colitis, pharmacological treatment. subsequently referred gastroenterologist all symptoms resolved following management colitis.
